Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST, excluding holidays).
U.S. Shipping Methods
For Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States):
- We ship orders using FedEx Ground Services (Home Delivery, SmartPost) and USPS Priority and First Class Services. You will be permitted to select your preferred shipping service at the time of order and Tabii will use its proper methods to ensure delivery. While Tabii may provide an estimated delivery window, it does not guarantee timely delivery by the shipping carrier.
International Shipping
Tabii ships internationally via US Postal Service International First Class Package Service. Additional shipping fees apply to international shipments.
Shipping Times
Shipping times vary between carriers. Once again, you will be permitted to select your preferred carrier at the time of order. The estimated shipping times after your package has been processed and shipped are as follows:
- FedEx Ground Contiguous US (4-5 Business Days after processing)
- USPS Priority Mail (3 Business Days after processing)
- Note: We cannot account for vendor or carrier delays that may occur.
Tracking Package
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing one or more tracking numbers and an indication of which shipping service was used. Use the links proved below to track your shipment:
